MZ26's Story
We are a group of Hearts fans who decided in 2021 when former Club Captain Marius Zaliukas died from MND to do a yearly run in his memory for a chosen charity.This year 3 of our groups wives have all around the same time had the devastating news that they have breast cancer and are now receiving treatment for this. House of hope sent a package and from there we as a group agreed that this would be our charity for 2026. Our aim is to raise £10k by doing 10k there is 38 Hearts fans doing this event on Saturday 30th May starting at the Heart of Midlothian on the Royal Mile down to Easter Road then back up to Murrayfield and then finishing at the Plaza at Tynecastle Park.
