Euan Fleming

Euan Fleming is a partner in a Scottish law firm, specialising in private client and charity law, with almost 20 years’ experience in the industry. Euan has a particular interest in assisting business owners in relation to tax mitigation and succession, drafting wills and trusts, dealing with issues arising from lack of capacity, the administration of estates and trusts and the creation and administration of charitable bodies.

 Having been married to Lisa for 14 years, Euan knows firsthand the effect a cancer diagnosis can have not only on the patient, but also on family members, friends and work colleagues. He also sees the daily struggles cancer patients go through in trying to access services which can have such a positive impact on their wellbeing, but are often unavailable due to budget constraints or lack of funding.

Taking daily inspiration from Lisa, Euan is incredibly excited and proud to be involved in such an important project.
