Meagan is a yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the balance between yin and yang practices, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to movement and stillness. 200 hours of teacher training in Rishikesh, India, followed by a 50-hour specialised training in Yin yoga, has shaped the slow, mindful style of practice she offers today.
Along with her training, Meagan brings a personal experience of breast cancer and a genuine understanding of both its challenges and the supportive role yoga can play on that journey. This perspective informs the safe, empathetic space that she aims to create in her classes. ✨
