1K Your Way - Our 1st Birthday Challenge!

This June, take on 1K Your Way. 1 kilometre a day for 30 days.

Run it, cycle it, row it, whatever gets it done. Walk some days, swim others. It all counts!

Take it on solo, or rope in friends, family and colleagues.

As part of the challenge, we ask you to raise money to support people impacted by breast cancer. A good target to aim for is £100 across the month.
