Gail Logan

Gail Logan is an award-winning Leadership Coach helping female leaders deliver exceptional results by coaching them to embrace their strengths, find their confidence and realise their full potential.  Gail is intimately familiar with the fear and anxiety that accompanies being a senior female leader in a male dominated environment.  By working with a Co-Active Coach, she overcame her ‘comparisonitis’ and struggles with executive presence and now coaches other female leaders to do the same.  She has extensive experience working in the fast-paced world of technology, most recently as Director of EMEA Customer Care for Adobe, leading high performing teams and supporting over $1bn in revenue. 

Her flagship IGNITE group coaching programme helps female leaders to hone their leadership skills, overcome impostor syndrome, and unleash their unique talents and strengths.  By working with Gail, they learn to create incredible results without stress and overwhelm, in a way that feels right for them.  

She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Female Leader of the Year Finalist 2022 and winner of the Best Leadership Coaching Company 2023.

Having lost her mum to cancer and seeing close friends and family being treated for breast cancer, Gail is delighted to be involved in The House of Hope and to play a small part in making this incredible vision a reality.
