Erin has worked with children and families for over 20 years, working in schools and more recently running her own business as a music teacher for baby and toddler groups.
She has volunteered in the third sector for 7 years. She is currently chairperson for her children’s school’s Parent Council, organising and running events to raise funds for vital resources for the children. She is also Scotland’s Lead for Squirrel Scouts, the youngest section of the movement, providing support for all leaders and young people across the country.
Throughout her professional and volunteer career, Erin has developed a passion for building relationships with the families and people she works with, giving support wherever she can. Erin is super excited to be joining The House of Hope as Fundraising Coordinator, bringing a kind and friendly personality along with compassion, enthusiasm and drive to help make The House of Hope a huge success.
Erin is mum to 2 kids and a Labrador, and with any spare time she has, loves to sing, paint and spend time with her family at their caravan.
